This place saved our Marble by the grace of Almighty. He was very critically ill; his liver wasn’t functioning properly. We kept him admitted to our local EVCC, and they referred him to here. He underwent one surgery and got one blood transfusion. They took really good care of our boy. Dr. Woods, vet tech Natalie, Ashley, and everyone was super helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic to us. Our boy is recovering now. We will be visiting this place soon to see Dr. Woods for a four-week follow-up.

The staff was friendly and very cordial and empathetic. The vet listened and provided both options and ideas that were inexpensive. He also provided antibiotics just in case she got worse and felt warm. Ruby is a 3 m old kitten I adopted from a friend who once adopted a dog from me. She had seen two vets, but being so tiny and stressed due to the quick turnaround from being found by my friend at the airport and getting her to me she developed a URI and a possible UTI. First time visit. They were very patient and helped my little rescue who had eaten a large loop of butcher string that had been around a roasted chicken. I was extremely impressed with the care and attention I observed for my own pet but also every pet who came in while we were there. They were extremely busy but provided excellent attention and care to all.

The staff was very helpful. I called ahead and when we got there, they were quick to get us in a room and examine Bella. After examining her, she was diagnosed with having a closed Pyometra, needing surgery the next day. They quoted an astonishing amount for the surgery. While I know they are an emergency facility, the amount was 3x the amount for emergency surgery with our vet. Very helpful & friendly when we called them with our pet emergency! When we arrived, they got us checked in & to a room quickly. They took wonderful care of our dog. They explained the treatment provided & what to expect. Highly recommend them!
