Needs to be condemned This apartment has a list of problems garbage everywhere, flooding/moisture, etc. One of the biggest problems at this location right now is the pests especially the roaches they've basically taken over everything that it's pointless to replace anything till you move out. This has been a problem now for over 1.5-2yrs management has done the bare minimum to deal with this problem they didn't start treating this problem till earlier this year.
A lot to improve. Roaches, noisy and untamed children, parties until the small hours of the morning, frequent police calls, poor customer service from management... I'm very glad we're moving out.
Could be better I love the location. Not happy I moved in with roaches.
Dumpy apartment This apartment I live in now is complete trash. It is infested with fruit flies, the wifi sucks, and everyone who lives here is completely rude and doesn't understand that others have work or school in the morning.
