Visited this facility as the Responsible Driver and witnessed top notch care from the moment we walked in the door to the escort to the car upon completion of the procedure. Victor had us starting our early morning off with laughter, Amanda and Shae provided friendly and informative care, and from what I was told of the Dr's bedside manner in the procedure room, he was also very kind and comforting with a fun sense of humor. Everyone was wonderful. They were all so very reassuring and great. They made me feel very comfortable for a very frightening procedure. From the time I walked in the office until I was on my way home.
The staff was EXCELLENT! Kind, courteous, professional and pleasant to deal with. My procedure was smooth and done with the utmost respect. Dr. Huerta, Jen with anesthesia and Shae with nursing were especially awesome. Registration staff were friendly prompt courteous and friendly. Everyone helped me feel so relaxed.
Other than the lack of communication and misleading texts. It was quick and painless. All staff were great, friendly and attentive. Doctor was concise and informative and put it in layman's term about what he found.
Everyone was so friendly and very pleasant! Every step of the way, each person made me feel I was their most important patient. They explained each step of what they were doing and made me feel so at ease. It was a wonderful experience!
