It was very nice,from the staff,doctor and especially the nurses. They got me ready for my procedure and let me rest a few minutes before I was wheeled into room. I was very surprised how smooth the whole experience was. I would definitely recommend their services. Very professional. Thank you so much.
Team was highly professional and friendly. Power went out in Greeley and they went above and beyond explaining everything as it evolved and got me moved to another facility in Loveland so I didn't have to wait or come back after already going through the prep. Not the most fun of occasions as is and that hiccup could have been the difference in me getting the procedure or forgetting about it all together. They took care of me and it was appreciated.
Visited this facility as the Responsible Driver and witnessed top notch care from the moment we walked in the door to the escort to the car upon completion of the procedure. Victor had us starting our early morning off with laughter, Amanda and Shae provided friendly and informative care, and from what I was told of the Dr's bedside manner in the procedure room, he was also very kind and comforting with a fun sense of humor. Staff did a great job of keeping me informed as to what to expect. I was allowed, at my request, to have procedure done without sedation, and the doctor talked me through what was being seen on the scope. Very consistent communication leading up to procedure also.
This organization restored some of my faith in the medical system. I have had several incredibly traumatic upper endoscopy procedures which had me shaking the minute I walked through the doors. The second I mentioned this to the staff, every single person I came in contact with reassured me that this experience would be better.
