One of the best experiences I have ever had in recover. I have been here twice and both times I was treated with phenomenal care. The staff truly cares, the groups are phenomenal, the beds are comfortable, the food is great, and the overall environment is supportive, positive, and a great place to get sober. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is seeking help. This place saved my life!
Staff are all fantastic, and the smaller client environment (only 16 beds), lead to more personalized care plans. This facility is a wonderful place to reset and get a fresh, sober start on life.
The techs nurses and counselors were wonderful and very helpful and understanding. But they have some issues with the higher ups decision making. Some issues that could of been avoided or handled better. In golfing terms it was a par.
My time at NIRC was one of the best times and helpful times of my life. I miss the staff and the friends I made !
I had a phenomenal experience here. Staff was amazing. Helped with all my needs. Wether it was with work things, FMLA, and medical needs/questions. Therapists were a huge help. Big shoutouts to Jackie, Hanna, Evan, John, Evan, Barb, Eunice, Maria, Shannon, Susan, and all the staff! Wonderful rooms and was was beyond good! The program itself was top tier! Pastor Bill and his groups were a huge help and inspirational! Would definitely recommend!
