We chose northern pool to install our gunite pool and have been enjoying it since 2021. Peter & Steve made the planning and install process a breeze while meeting every timeline needed. The very important part of ongoing support for maintaining the pool has been amazing. Taylor, Sheri& Patty have helped us through maintaining the pool over the last few years and have been instrumental in our success keeping the pool looking and being great. Highly recommend the Northern Pool team from start to ongoing finish.
Northern Pool and Spa, installed our pool in 2022. We love it so much!! We have enjoyed it year after year with no problems. They also close our pool and put the cover on it for us every fall, and they do an amazing, professional job. I have zero complaints. I highly recommend them for all pool projects and maintenance!
The sales team at SR one Jen and Patty were phenomenal. The delivery team led by Kevin was attentive to detail and did an awesome job. In the general manager stepped in to ensure we got the best deal possible. Can’t say enough good about Northern Pool and spas their commitment to excellence in customer care was exceptional.
I am writing to share our wonderful experience with Northern Pool and Spa company, who recently built our pool. They did an amazing job from start to finish. When the team showed up, they worked very hard and fast. Whenever we had any issues and contacted them,we always had received an immediate response. It was a very professional job well done and the staff is very helpful and professionally organised. We are very happy with the results and recommend this company 100%.
I’ve had Northern Pool & Spa install three pools for me and never had any issues. Customer service is second to none and installs and opening/closing are done professionally and timely. Highly recommend
