Horrible company to do business with. Steer clear and head to PNC. Way better customer service and work with their clients.

I am very disappointed that they have closed all branches except on George Washington. It makes it very difficult to do any in person banking.

My experience with Northern Star has been anything but pleasant. The tellers never greet you with a warm, friendly smile, they always look like you are a bother to them. Two times in row, the teller has gotten my withdrawals wrong after repeating my request several times. Also, if that is not enough, I set up Bill pay with them for my insurance, and they failed somehow to make my December and January payment resulting in cancellation. My grandfather was a LONGTIME member here, he unfortunately passed away last month. When he found out he was sick he put me as the beneficiary to his acct so I could take care of his affairs. When I notified the bank of his passing (the Portsmouth Blvd location) she stated I needed to be Executive of Estate before she could tell me anything. LIE NUMBER ONE AND TWO.
