Why does it take 12 working days for a check to clear into you account. I deposited a check on I deposited a check on 2/1/19 and being told it will be in my account on 2/18/19. Never in my life have I heard of such requirements. Normal time frame is 5 to 6 days. The money was deposited for a purpose and now with this timely issue plans made in advance have been delicated. Been here to long, time to move on to another banking facility!

Terrible customer service. Every time going through the drive thru there is never a teller. Have to wait despite being able to see employees walking by and noticing I am sitting there. When they finally do wait on you they are not friendly at all , Like you are inconveniencing them. And trying to call to speak to someone is a joke !
