Went here through the community care program through the VA. The waiting room, and staff are top notch. Was very pleased with Dr. Johnsons communication and explanation pertaining to my situation. My visit was brief, but I felt very comfortable with the whole environment there. Competent, professional care was displayed, as well as a nice touch of down to earth and considerate attitudes by the entire staff.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this office! From the moment I walked in, everyone was beyond friendly, welcoming, and professional. The entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease right away. Everything was explained thoroughly and clearly, which I truly appreciated. I experienced excruciating pain this week in my tooth and jaw. Another specialist I had been referred to offered me an appointment on July 14, and after I explained the pain I was in, offered their next available at another location— June 11th. I contacted my dentist and I was so grateful to hear that Northland Endodontics would see me in under two hours. I was there for an evaluation only. All the staff were polite and friendly. Dr. Kris took time to explain thoroughly, in common man's language, what my issue is. His approach was calming, mixed with some humor. The inspection of my bad tooth was gentle. His advise was welcomed and clear to follow.

I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Kris at Northland Endodontics. I went in extremely nervous for my root canal due to past dental anxiety, but Dr. Kris and his assistant completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel calm, heard, and genuinely cared for.
