This was the best dental experience I have ever had. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and welcome from the time I walked into the office until my painless procedure was complete and I walked out. I thought that was it, but a few days later I received a handwritten note signed by everyone in the office thanking me for my military service (Vietnam Vet). So very thoughtful in every way. Thank you Dr. Johnson and staff, you not only eliminated the pain in my tooth, but touched my heart.

I had a good visit. Arrived a little early and was seen into my appointment 10 minutes a head of schedule. Everyone was very nice and professional. Turned out I did not need a root cannel just a crown. Very glad that they were thorough and checked everything out and did not perform an unnecessary procedure.

I would say almost all of my experience was not professional. First, told to pay upfront but not in a kind way then waited to be seen quite awhile. Equipment was not taken care & working properly 2 different times plus it took 2 1/2 hours to be seen for 5 min. It's time to upgrade equipment & rethink processes. Once i saw the dentist, it was well.

Nobody wants to hear they need a root canal, but Dr.Johnson and his assistant Pam did everything they could to make this unpleasant experience as pleasant as possible. I had ice cream within 3 hours of my procedure, no discomfort. Thank you, to everyone at Northland.

First off the staff was very friendly and nice and made me comfortable at my appointment, I was in for a root canal and the Dr did a very good job with the procedure, my nervousness quickly went away!
