An excellent experience with Dr. Barrett and the veterinarian team at Northpointe. Scheduling the appointment was easy and the technicians really handled our cat with care. The appointment consisted of a blood draw and parasite (worm) fecal test. The results were delivered quickly and all points explained. Our normally high strung pet even showed low stress with Dr. Barrett, who supplied our pet a delicious treat and explained necessary aftercare to ensure our pet's best interest and quality of life. Great experience, Dr Dada is awesome. The reason for 4 stars is that the visit was set up as a tech appointment for vaccination, but when we arrived we were told that it has to be a full exam.
My cat is having a lot of health issues and we’ve been to Northpointe many times in the last year. The front desk people make us feel welcome, and the Vets have been great. They always offer multiple options for him and we, together, decide what is the best treatment for him. I’m grateful to know he’s in good hands.
From the time I arrived until the time I left I was treated with nothing but pure professionalism. The compassion that was shown for my cat by Kayley was outstanding.. We have been coming here for a long time, first with our medically complex IBD senior kitty, then our younger two. We have to leave the country soon, and Dr. McLaughlin and team went above and beyond making sure our cats are ready for the trip. USDA is understaffed and the crucial health certificates they need were delayed. Dr. McLaughlin was responsive and really helpful when things were confusing and up in the air. He even remoted in on his day off to help us. Cannot praise this hospital enough.
