Taylor Johnson is an amazing person. She helped me with a personal loan. She was so understanding when it came time to explain my not so ideal credit score and history. Jodie S, Loan Officer at the Hibbing Branch is AMAZING!! She went through my credit report and picked out some really high interest debt and consolidated them with a shorter term loan through NRCCU at 1/2 the interest rate. I can’t even believe how many thousands of dollars that she will be saving my wife and I. Thanks Jodie!!

Walked in and was greeted with a hello and a smile. Knowledgeable employees and fast service. Helped me open my new account and even treated my 2 yr old with respect.

You never answer your phone I called 5 times over 3 days and not one answer. When I finally was able to go in I was told you are short staffed. That's no longer an excuse we accept. If you cannot provide the service you are offering then you need to stop offering it. Totally ridiculous.
