I have banked at this credit union for over 30 years. I once invited Mrs. Noponen to speak at my credit and collections class because they were everything you wanted a financial institution to be. Everyone treated you like family. They had empathy and respect. You could count on them 100%. Unfortunately that all disappeared about 3-5 years ago, maybe more. About the time Doris left. In 1978-9 winter time period I installed a computer system called “Online Focus” for this credit union. It was called Hoyt Lakes Credit Union at that time. I stayed in a single story inn. The credit union manager invited me to his house and I got to ride on his snow mobile machine (I lived in Austin Texas and never saw much snow), he took me ice fishing and went and took sauna with him.
