I lived here for a year and the management team was always very communicative. For the cost of the apartment, I felt like I was getting a good deal. I’ve lived in many places but this one felt safe and secure. I highly recommend Northrup Court.
I was so grateful and thankful for how Ashley, was very Patient with me and how clean and nice department was and I was so grateful how they were so pleasant and professional, and I like my new place, i’m already planning to renew my lease and get a bigger apartment through them. That’s how much I like Renting through Bexley townhomes.
Lived here for about a year and 4 months, best part about this property is that it’s quiet, never really heard any neighbors or anything. The surrounding neighborhood is nice too. I lived in a studio and overall it was nice for the price. I would of stayed living there but I took a job an hour north and didn’t want an hour commute everyday. The property manager Liz was nice and helpful when I had to reach out to her.
I stayed here for 6 months before I left the state for school. Keith the previous manager was always willing to help and had maintenance come in a timely manner. My heater stopped working and they took some time to come fix it so he brought me a floor heater. Very nice guy. The new manager Kristy is very nice. She's willing to help and easy to get along with. I've been here for six years now and haven't had any major issues. The management here is great. Kristy does a fantastic job with working with each tenant. My heat/ac went out recently and maintenance came over and have a new one in within two days. Affordable apartments and the location is perfect.
