Northstar is fantastic. On top of doing a great job maintaining our pool each year, the response and customer service are second to none. Very professional service and very accommodating. Full transparency, they are a little more expensive than I am used to paying for, but the quality and customer service is definitely worth it. They opened the pool, replaced all the missing parts that we had lost without delay or complications. Northstar was very accommodating to our schedule and easy to work with for our pool closing. They were also fairly priced. Will definitely be using them again.
Called Northstar in the dead of winter because I noticed my pool water level had dropped significantly. Saul and Jason came out the next day and spent 3 hours diagnosing the issue and found a tear in the liner. They patched the liner and I'm now set for the winter snow. Saul and Jason were knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained the process in detail. Would highly recommend!
In one day Brian Seigel and Northstar Pool Co. fixed two problems with our pool that another company had never solved after multiple attempts over three months. We were immediately given a full report of the repairs including pictures. The billing was clearly itemized but was not submitted until Brian had checked to be sure the repair had worked. This is a very professional and capable company. We will happily continue to use their services.
