I contacted them to help identify and fix a leak in my inground pool. turned out this was due to a return line and was initially told they would have to cut the pool deck. On the day of the repair, they found a leak on the service side, which happened to be the only one, no more cut on the pool deck required, and a less expensive bill in the end. Saul and Abel have been very discreet and careful. I recommend Northstar, they are knowledgeable, leave and clean the space in a better shape, and a very honest company to trust.
North Star pools did an amazing job start to finish!! All of their employees were very nice and professional. The whole process was stress free from the beginning to the end. Northstar was great. We used them to help close our pool out for the winter and install a brand new mesh cover. They showed up on time and as scheduled with the pool cover as ordered. Saul, Fernando, and Juan were excellent, nice to work with, and communicated all the work they were doing so we felt comfortable with job before and after they completed. Thanks guys!
Patricio of North Star did an amazing job! He went above and beyond the assigned work, took his time to triple check that the new motor pump and multiport were working properly, and triple checked that the entire system was functioning as it should. In the process he also took his time to explain to me, a first time pool owner, how to take better care of the entire system. Thanks Patricio and North Star!
Absolutely fabulous experience. We had pool tiles at the waterline come off in various parts of our pool last winter. Northstar were honest and detailed in explaining the reasons and options for repair (/enhancement). Their service technicians were fantastic; polite, competent, clean and took care of the work area etc. Northstar did exactly what they said they’d do and when they’d do it. A real pleasure.
