Very pleasant folks to deal with, in store no pressure to purchase....just take your time. The home delivery is all professional in no tracking into home on no damages to the home. They make you feel glad you spent your money with them! Plus I no longer have to run around like a chicken with his head cut off.
Super FRIENDLY!!!! EVERYONE in the store was very helpful if I could give 10 stars I would. I even got same day delivery and I knew I was pushing it at 5pm but they had my purchase at my house by 6. Thank ya'll so much I will sleep good tonight 😁
Challenging customer service. I had gotten some flooring samples and when I went back to finalize the woman working kept asking me who I had gotten the samples from and wouldn’t help me until I could identify the person that had helped me. She was so aggressive about it I walked out and started over with Mr B’s in Spencer.
Great products with top notch service!!
Staff was so rude we just left. Will go somewhere else where people act reasonably.
