Both of our daughters had a great experience having their wisdom teeth removed. The office staff was organized, attentive and communicated so well. Dr. Rosenthal put my mind at ease when I was quite nervous having about the sedation aspect. It was a great experience both times. I highly recommend this practice.
I had an appointment which I was on time for and checked in. As time went by and I kept seeing other clients arrive after me and get taken care of. I decided to stay a bit patient but couldn’t after waiting 1hr and 30min. I went up and was told the Dr. was running behind on his appointments. Which I can understand but it would have been nice and of great customer service to inform clients of any delays. Someone who arrived after me who complained was let in before me. Not great practice in my opinion.
I had such a great experience here! All the staff is caring and kind. I highly recommend this place! The doctor I saw was Dr Rosenthal. He was very personable, very thorough about information and procedures and answered all my questions and concerns. You will receive the best care here.
Dr Rose was awesome….very professional and great bedside manner. My son had his wisdom teeth removed and a baby tooth, no permanent tooth present so we will back for an implant. The staff was very attentive to our needs and Dr Rose was very thorough about explaining the procedure.
I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out at one time. And needless to say a very anxious moment in my life. The staff was very accommodating, made me feel safe and I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Dickey. Happy to say that the surgery was a success and I'm appreciative for the hard work of the entire staff!
