The office staff and office manager went up and beyond to help me get in for an emergency extraction and bone graft. They were so kind and understanding of my situation and made me feel at ease. Dr. Coker is amazing and fabulous at what she does. She has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to you as a patient and puts you at ease and she always calls herself to check up on you.
Wow... I was nearly speechless leaving the office. What an incredible experience, everyone was SO NICE and everybody knew exactly what they were talking about about. The prices are absolutely fair, much much lower than what I was fearing. I will absolutely be recommending this office to anyone needing work done!
Believe it or not, it is possible to have a wonderfully positive experience with an Oral Surgeon and her entire staff! Dr. Coker and her staff put me at ease from the moment I walked in the door through the X-ray and exam process, agreed upon treatment plan to the question and answer session before leaving the office with a treatment plan in place and a clear path moving forward and and a contact number for any questions that I may have forgotten to ask. Dr Caruso and the staff that assisted him were very friendly and efficient as they prepared me for surgery. Soon I felt less anxious about what was coming. I fell asleep feeling calm and woke up feeling like everyone had taken good care of me. The office staff were very friendly and helpful in answering questions. I would highly recommend Northwest oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr, Wunderlee III is by far the very BEST ever oral surgeon in GA! I had all 4 wisdom teeth taken out a few years ago, and he was phenomenal! Last week, my sister Julia did the same, and again and again he has done so much for my younger sibling, going the extra mile for her health care, and also by helping us out financially ! He is not only a great doctor but an extraordinary human being!
