I was there a couple of days ago and Amanda and Tracey were incredible and always willing to help 😊 they also answered all my concerns ! The price of the storages are very affordable, they are spacious and clean. Good customer service. Recommended
I spoke to Tracey over the phone to check on available units. We drove down that afternoon, and the whole process of inspecting the spaces and account setup was fast and easy. We rented here 3 years ago, and are happy to see that the facility is as nice as before.
Many reasons to leave a one star review. We reserved the unit almost three months ago, coming up on our third payment. First, a convenience fee is charged for the service of “cleaning and unlocking the unit for my arrival”. We got there and the unit was not unlocked, delaying my move in another day. The manager was great at reaching out annd came in on a day off to make sure it was unlocked the next day. Opening the unit was full of spider webs, didn’t seem much cleaning was done. The facility and unit itself is very nice and clean. However, the start up process was frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. We initiated the reservation online. Then when it got to the point of signing the lease, it said we could do that online or go to the facility any time during business hours. We wanted to see the unit before committing to a lease so we decided to go in person. We went in the middle of the posted office hours only to find a sign on the door that said no one was there. Karen has been an excellent manager and goes above and beyond what the normal storage rental contact does. She's very proactive and finds solutions quickly. My autopay wasn't setup correctly and she made sure I knew my payment was due instead of me just being charged late fees. She made switching to a new unit super easy.
