Putting everything I owned into storage while not knowing what was going to happen to us was devastatin. Karen the manager at this facility was so friendly and compassionate. She assured me things would be ok and she was right. My things were totally safe and when I was able to get them all out to move into our new home Karen worked with me on the move out process. The facility is great itself but their manager makes it even more top notch!! I would recommend her and this faculty to everybody!!
We've had a storage unit at this location since August 2015. We started out with a small inside unit, mainly storing holiday decorations (yes, we have a lot of decorations). In June 2019, we moved up to a larger outdoor unit when my Mother in Law passed away and we had to store of few of her items until my husband could decide what to do with them (he's still deciding). The Manager, Karen, has been a complete joy to work with. I changed units numerous times and she made things so easy for me. All of the units are very clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this place and the prices are very reasonable.
Karen is the best! This is my first time ever storing anything and she made the process really easy. They even have a moving van that you can use for free! I live in NW Portland, but it's worth the drive out there to receive the kind of excellent customer service that seems rare these days.
Karen & her staff are wonderful. They run the business like all their customers are friends and half my visits I go in to the office just to chit-chat a little with Karen. Pros: Inside & outside storage units Very clean facility Friendly reminders (emails or calls) if rent is due Friendly staff Reasonable prices I've always felt safe there Cons: not 24 hour access, however I have called ahead and Karen has been willing to accommodate me as long as it's not too late (she's really great) - so also a pro
Let me start by saying that the lady in the office is great & this review has nothing to do with her. She is friendly & helpful. We had a storage unit here for about a year & a half. We just moved out on Saturday, as we bought a house & were ready to get our belongings. As we were loading things into the moving truck, we found mouse droppings on many of our things.
