I rented a unit to store my husband that had just passed away's things. His death was very sudden and unexpected, so in this very busy time it was incredibly helpful to be able to do the entire process on-line. I loved it.Ā

During night time security guard is a very very scary individual. I rented a storage unit in an emergency situation because of domestic violence and himself and his girlfriend came to tell me that I needed to leave because it was 5 minutes after 9:00 and I was asking him if he could help me with the outside lock to get into the storage unit and tell me the code so that tomorrow I would have the same issue because I work late and he proceeded to start to yell and I told him hey you never know what somebody's going through you...Ā read more
