I agree with the two reviews below from David and Clare: the rent is raised every year and has become exorbitant. And if I am late a few days (they charge rent one month ahead of time. For example April rent would be due on March 1st. Or you pay a exorbitant late fee!) Unscrupulous all the way around. They have you by the 'short hairs' since it will cost time and money to move to another unit. It is predatory. So just don't go there.

Over the last four years the cost of my unit has increased 79%. The onsite staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very customer service oriented but the continual steep price increases from "corporate" seem predatory to me as I highly doubt the cost of their doing business has increased 79% over this same time period and I'd be absolutely amazed if the onsite staff have received pay increases of 79% in this time period.

Northwest storage is committed to raising the prices every year, as high as the market will bear, and reducing services. Northwest Storage ( the one with the terrible car wash) was built cheaply and many of the inside units leak, as do the hallways. . There is no air conditioning or climate control. Climate control during the summer is opening the door in the morning. In the winter the air conditioning unit creates an ice sheet but nobody ever puts salt on it to remove the safety hazard.
