Northwest Self Storage is a scam. The are just interested in your money and this isn't the fault of the individual sites. It is the company policy. Lure you in with good rates, then raise your rent every few months, $100 in less than a year. The quality of customer service is just low, get as much money as possible from the customer as possible. They don't know how to treat customers or gain any trust with consumers. They aren't a nigerian prince needing help, they are pretty close though.

These people are crooks. They increase rent every year (this year by $20 per month!). They also removed their discount for paying in full and didn't tell me. I had submitted an inquiry through their site asking about it and was awaiting an answer. The day after they left me a voicemail stating they no longer give discounts, they charged me a late fee and then said, "sorry, you've already paid, so we can't refund the late fee."
