I had been renting two 10’x20’ units here at Northwest for about a year- very well built units, great management, would even give me a courtesy text if my auto pay didn’t work, before incurring any late charges. Recently moved out due to downsizing - and was generously given extra time at no charge due to unexpected delays. Very real, workable management and solid/secure units (block walls not just corrugated metal!).
My wife and I store our RV at your facility in New Meadows, Idaho. The facility is very accessible for us and we have ample space to back the RV into its covered stall. This is a huge improvement from where we were previously. Security is good and access to the facility is quite convenient. An added perk we weren’t planning on was terrific customer service from Becky, the Manager. We have found her to be helpful, courteous, and kind. The representative was amazing but the computer system is old and doesn’t work. Waiting in office for 30 minutes for computer system to work but it never did. The representative had to call for help with my storage charges. The representative’s phone is literally ring off the hook and she’s not able to help with no computer. Instead of a functioning computer system the representative has a pad of paper with a long list of customers who need help and call backs. My name is Keith. I have been renting a 10x20 storage unit at the New Meadows Northwest Storage on Hwy 95. I recently needed to change to a different size unit to better fit my needs. Becky was more than helpful and in minutes got me an exact fit. She is always courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I have rented many units in the past in various cities and states, and none have better management or cleaner storage units. I highly recommend NSA in New Meadows, Idaho. Kudos!!
