I had a storage unit here for over five months it was very clean very easy move in and extremely easy move out process great prices great customer service
We love this storage facility! I've used a couple different companies in the past that were alright, but the customer service from Northwest Self Storage is the best! Marianne helped us today. She's very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Can't beat the prices! They're also one of the few storage facilities that have their own moving truck, so that was extremely helpful. Highly recommend!
These brand new storage units are a few blocks past the Hillsboro Fred Meyer on TV Highway. They are two stories, climate controlled, well maintained and managed by a total sweetheart named MaryAnne. There may be a move in special, so be sure to ask. A free move in truck is available on request and their are RV parking (uncovered) spots too. I would highly recommend this location to others in the area.
Reasonable prices, awesome service.I got this location by referral from Sparefoot.com. I got my reservation and then called NW self storage in advance. The woman who answered was friendly and attentive. On my move in day, the same woman (Mary Ann) was working and she was, again. friendly and attentive. She was also very prompt. Storage units are clean (almost\-like-a-hospital-clean!) I highly recommend this storage unit to anyone.
