Great facility, good security and friendly staff. I've had a unit with Valley East for a few years, and have been very satisfied. They offer competitive rates and have a well-maintained, clean property.

We have had our trailer stored here off and on for the last year and have not had one problem. Reasonably monthly rates, helpful and very friendly staff, would highly recommend this storage facility.

We rented this unit in a hurry as we needed to get my daughter out of a very bad situation. The gal that helped me was so friendly and helpful. Great discounts as well.
Bait and switch, they raised my rent two months into my lease for absolutely no reason. just randomly received an email informing me that my rate was increasing. Otherwise my experience was okay. Facility seems functional, my unit was as described. The hours suck, and there seem to always be people working on cars with most of the path blocked.
Absolutely not recommended to anybody. We had multiple issues with this location and management. We paid for a climate controlled unit and were never notified that climate control didnt work anymore in the building that we were placed. We moved units just to receive a letter that the rates will be increased. You're better off at another location, especially if you value your items.
