The Manager at NW Self Storage in Canby was very nice on the phone when I called to inquire about renting a space. I might suggest you call to get a space rather than go through the internet, I was given a better price directly. When I showed up with our moving truck she was so sweet and helpful. I am very happy to rent a storage space here.

The NEW MANAGERS (since spring 2015) were amazing!!! Very professional, sweet and helpful!!! I stored stuff here 7yrs ago and it was and okay experience, but this time was MUCH BETTER! They having amazing customer service!!!
I called several storage facilities (please read EVERY storage facility) in the Canby area and from the get-go this place was the most helpful and beyond friendly. I actually decided to use them, even though they were a few dollars more then the cheapest one, based solely on the person I spoke with over the phone. She answered all my questions, was profession while still being warm and inviting. I believed they cared for me and my belongings (and I was right!!). Do not trust this company! They are a huge rip off! They cut my lock off and rummaged through my storage and there were many high dollar items missing ie;wire feed welder, antique furniture, personal collectable items! Other items broken every box ripped open and gone through. Also had large tool box that was locked it was found broken into and emptied out!
I wish there was a 0 star rating because they don't deserve even 1 star. I wasted about 10 hours of my life that I can't get back but I'll take some more time to post this in hopes of saving somebody else the frustration I went through. My main problem with this company is that I have been waiting for over two months to get a refund for something they shouldn't have charged me for at all. But there's more to it than that.
