Absolutely terrible company. The *** ************************* needs to be criminally charged for the treatment and downfall of this company. Borrowers and Clients, pull your loans NOW. They are NOT going to fund. And they effectively have NO MONEY to pay people out. The company is folding. The laid off 98% of their staff 2/13/2023 and are not paying final paychecks or severance.Do not do business with this company. Or *************************
Worse experience I have ever had with a refi. Communication was great in the beginning and then nothing. Had to send a complaint to the company to get someone to respond. He said he have my loan officer call. Loan officer did call and was trying to get approval for something I would have never agreed to and he call me back Friday. Well several Fridays have come and gone and no updates. I hate leaving negative reviews but unfortunately this company will waste your time.
