Everything was wonderful. From the online inquiry, to scheduling, the x-rays, and cleaning... Basically from start to finish. Staff are very polite. Everything was efficient and I would definitely recommend this place to others. Looking forward to my next appointment in February 2026.
Amazing dentist office! I've been here for anything from X-rays and cleanings to cavities and consultations. All the staff are incredibly polite, professional, and informative. The office is very clean, and organized. The Dentist and Hygenists are all incredibly proficient at their jobs, and have all the latest equipment to do their best work. Love this dentist office.
I absolutely adored my visit to Northwind Dental. I have an extreme light sensitivity and Alyssa was more than happy to let me use my eye mask to keep my eyes comfortable during my cleaning. I have some anxiety surrounding dental cleanings, and after letting Alyssa know, she made sure that while she was upfront with what my teeth looked like and what I needed to be doing but also very kind and understanding. We have been going to this dental office for years and have loved every visit! Dr. Dawson is the best! His staff is all incredible to work with too! It’s always an amazing experience, he’s gentle, his hygienists are fantastic, he’s thorough, and he only recommends work that’s needed to be done.
