I picked up my $900.00, wine red, silk velvet, formal dress (the one that Norvell Bass ruined... they had spot cleaned it, leaving stains where there were no stains and ruined the nap) from Martinizing (just a 2 minute walk down the way). Martinizing was able to save this gorgeous dress! Wow! I then took it back to Norvell Bass (to the manager Sergio) and showed him that Martinizing was able to correct all of the damages his spot cleaner had made to it.
