I have been using this company for years and they never disappoint. I had re-pipe and re-drain the house and from beginning to end the service was superb. It was a lot of work and by the time they were done, it look like nobody had been in my home. All 5 crew members were amazing, courteous, friendly, respectful. I think my plumber, Joshua, just became the best one a I ever had. Not only was he competent, knowledgeable, direct, honest amd friemdly. This was my third service call to this company because theyre reliable, competitive and by reasonable pricing, and their honesty and commitment ro they customers- no up sale
Both service technicians-CHRIS for HVAC and FRANK for all plumbing repairs -were knowledgeable, fast, and experts at the work they performed. They were both extremely neat and cleaned their work areas thoroughly. Plus both gentlemen were polite and friendly. I feel a sense of confidence when I call NORWALK that they will be honest and fair. Thanks.
Jesus and his assistant were very efficient and courteous. They even put booties over their shoes to keep from tracking anything around the house. The clog was cleared, and we have had absolutely no problems since then and it's been over 2 months already!
