Auggie, Nick, Anthony, Luis did a great job with the installation. The called ahead of time and answered any/all of my questions and came here to work. They had the old tub emptied and out in 20 or so minutes and the new tub installed w/in an hour and a half. Overall great experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Scott the salesman also did a great job explaining the difference in the hot tubs and all the chemicals required. Very straightforward, very happy with the experience.
Shawn, Nick and Anthony were great. They took their time taking out my new tub and placing the new one in the exact spot. They worked good together and they were very professional. Shawn explained the functionality of the new tub and made sure I was confident in operating and all safe handling. I give them a 10/10. They also gave me information for the electrical company for the wiring. My new spa looks great. Highly recommended.
Experience with sales and delivery were great. The delivery team: Shaun, Dan, Aneurys were excellent and very helpful in going over our new hot tub. They were all professional and a pleasure to work with!
Very impressed with sales and service at New England Spas!! Rosalie answered all of our questions and helped us purchase the perfect hot tub for our needs. The delivery team of Augie, Nick, Antony & William, delivered our hot tub with the utmost care and explained everything we needed to know for setup. We are looking forward to enjoying our new spa!!
I recently had NE Spa out to service my hot tub after trying to get someone to call me back from another company for months. NE Spa responded, scheduled timely and sent Brandon, he was one of the most hard working, positive and professional service technicians I have ever come across. He looked for ways to resolve my issue, despite several challenges. He delivered on this company's brand for sure! 10 star if I could. Highly recommend
