Shawn, Nick and Anthony were great. They took their time taking out my new tub and placing the new one in the exact spot. They worked good together and they were very professional. Shawn explained the functionality of the new tub and made sure I was confident in operating and all safe handling. I give them a 10/10. They also gave me information for the electrical company for the wiring. My new spa looks great. Highly recommended.
A fantastic experience from beginning to end. The sales experience with Stephen Hanna very informative and no pressure. He listened to our needs/wants and presented several options. Detailed water and startup instructions provided. Delivery very professional.
Angie, Nick, and Antony did a great job installing our spa. They took the time necessary to make sure the pad was just right and moved the spa into location with precision. Our site was lwdt near and clean. Can’t wait to use our spa!

I recently had NE Spa out to service my hot tub after trying to get someone to call me back from another company for months. NE Spa responded, scheduled timely and sent Brandon, he was one of the most hard working, positive and professional service technicians I have ever come across. He looked for ways to resolve my issue, despite several challenges. He delivered on this company's brand for sure! 10 star if I could. Highly recommend
