Angie, Antony, and Anevrys installed my hot tub today in cold, windy weather. They were friendly efficient and very competent in doing a quick install. Additionally, they arrived earlier than scheduled which helped in arranging the electricians to come shortly thereafter to finish the hook up. Overall, an outstanding delivery experience!
Shawn,Nick,Dan and William did a great job on the delivery of our new hot tub. Very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Another positive was the buying experience, we went to another store prior to NES and it felt like a car dealership, sales people wouldn't leave us alone. Rosealy made buying our tub a pleasure, let us look without any pressure but was there to answer any and all our questions.
Augie, Nick, and Antony just hauled our old hot tub away and brought in a new, gleaming spa from New England Spas. They did an awesome job! Even cleaned out the ant hill that had grown under our old one. Gross! Augie explained everything about the tub so well that even I can’t screw it up! We’re ready for hot tub season!🫧🍹🌴
Augie, Antony, Aneurys and Delvis was awesome. They navigated difficult terrain to get the large pieces in, we're fast and efficient setting up the sauna and clear away all debris. Wonderful to come home to a job well done! Thank you.
Auggie, Nick, Anthony, Luis did a great job with the installation. The called ahead of time and answered any/all of my questions and came here to work. They had the old tub emptied and out in 20 or so minutes and the new tub installed w/in an hour and a half. Overall great experience, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Scott the salesman also did a great job explaining the difference in the hot tubs and all the chemicals required. Very straightforward, very happy with the experience.
