As I read through the reviews, majority of them are negative. But no one wants to mention the positive things the office management does do. Today was the kids first day back to school, and an office staff was outside making the children ice cream sundaes or they could get a popsicle. Not only do they do this. They also have coloring page competitions, and snacks and candy for children to grab in the office. And I definitely think this deserves some recognition. Extremely bad management. Daughter has no refrigerator and the property will not replace the broken one. This is how the section 8 system works. They do not care about the residents. The state does not care who they have manage these properties.
My kids died in a fire in these apartments is 2015. The smoke detector was defective, could've saved my kids lives. Management tried to change the locks on my apartment when I returned a few days After the fire to get some clothes, maintenance and management had robbed my apartment. Stole my wedding ring, all the cash out of my wallet on the coffee table, even stole a gallon of milk out of my fridge. Hands down the worst place to live if you have children. Please by all means find somewhere to live I stayed here from 09/2022-03/2024 was the worst experience of my life so many things wrong with this place but management is the main thing if y’all literally hate your jobs just go find a new one I’ve never dealt with such uncaring people ever Kenny’s the only one in the office that actually tried to help tenants with getting work orders fixed. I wish I could rate it a ZERO star! I waited on my apartments for MONTHS just to get the keys and my apartment to be FILTHY! The office even told me the previous tenant was “NASTY”. They did not do a PROPER cleaning for move in. They refused to send someone to properly clean. They told me my 3 options were to 1.) Pay someone to do it 2.) Do it myself or 3.) Return my keys.
