We had a truly wonderful experience at Nova Dental Studio. I want to sincerely thank Dr. Nova Li and Nurse Martin for their incredible patience and care. They went above and beyond to help my family, even staying very late to make sure everything was taken care of properly. We drove from San Diego for over 2 hours to see them, and it was absolutely worth it. My son was extremely scared at first due to a bad experience at another dental clinic. I had such a positive experience with Dr. Li and entire staff at the Nova Dental Studio. Dr. Li is kind, knowledgable, and comprehensive. Everyone is very professional and caring. It is evident she is passionate about supporting her patients and provides excellent care! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist in Irvine!
Nova Dental Studio was hands-down the best dental/dentist experience I’ve ever had. Miss Pearl at the front desk is the literal definition of diligence, and not only moved up my appointment by a day after reaching out - it was a low-key emergency - but also continued to send me text updates, and let me know I could go in an hour early from my appointment time to make doubly-sure all of what I needed done could be done same-day. I’ve seen many dentists over the years, but Nova is by far the most experienced. They really helped with my teeth alignment, and I’m very happy with the results. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough good things about Nova dentist! From the moment I walked in, Pearl made me feel comfortable and at ease, explaining everything clearly and answering all my questions with patience on the payment. Dr. Nova, she is not only highly skilled but also incredibly kind and gentle. You can tell she truly cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable throughout the whole process.
