I was 600+ miles from home on vacation and had an eye emergency! I Googled ‘medical centers near me’ and came across NovaHealth Urgent Care of Southfield. The location was close to my hotel and had a 3.9 rating. I’m so grateful that I selected this facility. It was very clean and the staff was very courteous. There was only one person ahead of me. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by very kind and professional stuff at the reception followed by the nurse and provider. They were all exceptional, so caring, they listened to me and went above and beyond to take care of me. There was no waiting time, everything was fast, even the tests results (they took about 4 different tests) came out very fast which it usually doesn't happen. Top notch urgent care! The staff acted very professionally-I was not feeling well and they made sure I had water & checked in on me while I was waiting. The wait was only 10 minutes and my blood was drawn within 15 minutes of my arrival time. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
I was in on 8/27 about 3pm. The 2 girls at the desk, so nice and helpful, and the female doctor was so helpful and saved me money on prescriptions. It was a pleasant experience given the situation. Definitely would recommend!!!
