I hired Nova Legal Group for a case. My lawyer didn't even know I sent the firm information for the case. He was late and called my name in the courtroom. I got the worst plea bargain deal I could've gotten if I represented myself. I thought hiring a "known firm, with years of legal experience" would've better my legal circumstances.
