The layout and location is amazing. The management is awful. We moved in 2 months ago and can’t get any maintenance or management support. We’ve had request pending since the day we moved in and can’t get any support. I’m learning these big property management firms don’t care about the tenants.
I just want to take a moment to recognize Erica, our incredible property manager, and Omar, our amazing maintenance technician. Since they’ve joined our community, the difference has been night and day. Erica is always responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about keeping everything running smoothly. my wife and i recently just extended our lease after our first year, first and foremost because we love the property itself, the neighborhood, and the floor plan of our unit. but also in large part because erica (community manager) and omar (service manager) have been great resources to us whenever we have questions or maintenance requests. fortunately issues don't arise very often, but when they do (big or small), erica and omar are very courteous and helpful in getting things resolved for us. and that extends to any 3rd p... read more
Omar and Erica are great to work with. Invoices are paid in a timely manner and they communicate very well.
We loved living at Novella! The layout of the home was spacious and the finishes were exquisite! We ended up being great friends with our neighbors and did not have any issues with noise, even more-so, it was an extremely quiet location in the neighborhood as a whole. Management always responded quickly when we needed assistance and have been consistently helpful when we needed maintenance or assistance. I would definitely recommend living here!
