We have been residents at Novella at Arcadia for a year now, wanted to give a shout out to the management for how well they maintain the facilities. This is truly a luxury experience. As part of our renewal process, they offered us a house cleaning, which we accepted. Their folks came in and did a fantastic job, five stars! Good place to be!
We loved living at Novella! The layout of the home was spacious and the finishes were exquisite! We ended up being great friends with our neighbors and did not have any issues with noise, even more-so, it was an extremely quiet location in the neighborhood as a whole. Management always responded quickly when we needed assistance and have been consistently helpful when we needed maintenance or assistance. I would definitely recommend living here!
Have lived at Novella for nearly 3 months now, and love everything about it! We were half way through the signing process on an unrelated community, when we toured Novella out of curiosity. The peacefulness of the community, the pool, and home we toured blew us away - not to mention the great location. The Novella leasing team supported us in turning on a dime, and facilitated move in within a matter of days. The community is great overall. Management company changed 2-3 times in the past 2 years. The management company now is Mark Taylor and aren't doing a great job: poor communication and ownership of the issues. As a resident, you have to baby sit and hand hold them to do their maintenance job. Very difficult to get a hold of by phone. There is no single point of contact, you will be passed on to different people to talk to. Our main shower has not been working since December (we are in June now). My family loves Novella at Arcadia. We stumbled upon it in our rental search and haven’t looked back. The units have great layout (really like the attached garage!). You can’t beat the location. The units are nearly brand new and the staff is super responsive and helpful. The community itself is quiet and clean, and neighbors are friendly plus you can pick your own citrus right from the trees in the common area. I can only say great things about this place and highly recommend it.
