SLUM LORDS! https://www.yelp.com/biz/novo-properties-washington
Awful management, I lived there back in 2017 ashamed to saying that Novo became worse. Novo Development brought the property from my old realtor which became the worse realtor. Many, many times of missed management of realtor payments, and work orders. Avoid unless you’re in desperately in need of a place to live.
Another two months and another mountain of trash at 228 10th Street NE. Thanks for not addressing anything.
I wish I could leave 0 star as to this is the worst company ever!!! Please if you don’t want to give your money to a SLUM LORD move somewhere else. You will be sorry if you don’t heed this warning.
NOVO Properties has a 3.5 star rating with 203 reviews.
