I can’t say enough about the staff! Habib, Keara and Scott have been extremely kind during my settling into a NOVO unit. They are always willing to help and answer all my questions (and unfortunately I ask a lot of them! 🙃). The neighbors are also wonderful and have offered help whenever I need it. I’m grateful!
One of the worst properties you could live with your family. Do Not Move in any of these properties. My kitchen and walls are always leaking. They never answer the office phone and barely answer emails. The loitering and stealing of packages really takes a toll on you. Don’t let me get start with the mice infestation.
Joel showed my wife and I an apartment today. I was very pleased with him. He is very knowledgeable of the property he was also very polite truly an outstanding representative for the company
My family and I have been living in one of the NOVO properties exactly in Tudor Place for more than 20 years. A month ago they charged $50 to have an assigned parking space, now there is no longer any parking for visitors, it is a separate parking lot, although there are many parking spaces available The manager Suly refuses to grant an extra, but for her cousin who works cleaning she did give her a permit, clarifying that she does not have the car in her name but since she is the manager's cousin she does have permissions p... read more
Thank you Keara and Habib. Thank you for trying to make a change in our community. I've waited two years for my window to be fixed so my children would not fall out. Within a month you guys have gotten it done. I pray that you guys last and really make a change to this community. We really needed it.
