My husband and I moved into the Grayson at the beginning of the year and have had back to back issues with the complex, and mainly with the management team. I am thoroughly disappointed in NOVA properties. I have lived in one of their properties for over a month with a dishwasher that does not work and has been releasing a foul odor that is hard to live with. I have submitted multiple maintenance request and even emergency requests and nothing has been done. When you call the emergency line, you are not directly put in touch with maintenance, you go through a middle man. Do not become a renter of a NOVA properties.
I can’t say enough about the staff! Habib, Keara and Scott have been extremely kind during my settling into a NOVO unit. They are always willing to help and answer all my questions (and unfortunately I ask a lot of them! 🙃). The neighbors are also wonderful and have offered help whenever I need it. I’m grateful!
One of the worst properties you could live with your family. Do Not Move in any of these properties. My kitchen and walls are always leaking. They never answer the office phone and barely answer emails. The loitering and stealing of packages really takes a toll on you. Don’t let me get start with the mice infestation.
