NOVO Properties was founded in 2003 on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. The building complex they own in College Park off Knox Rd. has so many issues. Cockroaches, old pipes, etc. They also never gave me my security deposit back (over $1,000) despite me passing the move out inspection. There is rarely anyone in the office; they do not answer the phone or reply to emails. I reached out multiple times over the last year and now have to get legal assistance to handle this issue.
I’ve lived here for 6 years and Keara has been one of the most nicest property managers we have had so far. I really appreciate her time and effort of turning the property around for the better o the residents. She is very kind and helps the residents a lot! Thank you so much!
