The homes are beautiful, quality homes; probably the best in the Bethany area. My buying experience with their agent wasn't so great and if I had to do it again I wouldn't even though I love my home which is really too bad because this is the one good thing I could not recommend to my friends just based on my bad experience even though I like my home :(

We're currently in escrow on a 2007 Noyes built home at 109th Terrace in the West Hills. Our inspector shared that this home had the cleanest inspection of any home he'd done in his career. The inspector made this statement based on visual, infra-red, and moisture inspections. My family is super excited to experience the Noyes difference.
