Kevin and his team were incredible. Not only did Kevin diagnose and explain to me what the issue was for our HVAC system in layman’s terms, he provided a temporary solution until a necessary item from the manufacturer was delivered. Kevin, without much notice, also took the time to inspect and fix other issues that were going on with our vent system that our original contractors who installed them overlooked. This is absolutely the best company. Kevin, Paul and Tyrek they are humans!!!! We had at least 5 different companies who stopped by to see if they can do the job, we heard it all that jobs like that can not be done in the cold we have spend Christmas in the cold, because other companies do not care. I contacted NRV HVAC to service our air conditioning units. They were able to make an appointment quickly that fit my schedule. The crew who arrived were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything as they serviced the units. They were respectful of the house and the property and returned everything to its original place. We are very happy and will rely on them from now on for all maintenance and repairs.
After trying to contact a bunch of other HVAC professionals, I finally found one who was responsive and competent. They came when promised, did all I needed, and were polite and thorough. Highly recommended.
The Technicians that came to my home were prompt. They clearly explained what needed to be done for my furnace to function. They are reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with their service!! I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their furnace or boiler to be repaired.
