I contacted NRV HVAC to service our air conditioning units. They were able to make an appointment quickly that fit my schedule. The crew who arrived were very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained everything as they serviced the units. They were respectful of the house and the property and returned everything to its original place. We are very happy and will rely on them from now on for all maintenance and repairs.
This is absolutely the best company. Kevin, Paul and Tyrek they are humans!!!! We had at least 5 different companies who stopped by to see if they can do the job, we heard it all that jobs like that can not be done in the cold we have spend Christmas in the cold, because other companies do not care. After trying to contact a bunch of other HVAC professionals, I finally found one who was responsive and competent. They came when promised, did all I needed, and were polite and thorough. Highly recommended.
The Technicians that came to my home were prompt. They clearly explained what needed to be done for my furnace to function. They are reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with their service!! I will highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their furnace or boiler to be repaired.
Professional, knowledgeable, reliable. Out of 4 or 5 people, NRV gave the best pricing - and they stuck to their quote. They showed up when they said they would and did the work that we discussed. They estimated the jobs would be 3 days, and that is how long it took. We will definitely be return customers; as well as, having our family use NRV for their HVAC needs. Highly recommend
