They were very thorough in their evaluation, explained everything clearly, explained risks and benefits, and I did not feel pressured in any way. Jamie was so compassionate and even called a few days later to check on me. Their holistic approach to hormone therapy made me know I made the right choice for me.
For Nufemme: Women, do not bother going here. I paid all up front in cash for an entire year, starting in March of 2023, with horomone treatment and vitamins. The first few months had plenty of follow-up, bloodwork, and calls checking up on me just fine. By August, I became invisible. No bloodwork checked, my progesterone vitamins that had to be specifically mailed to me never came (even after calling/leaving messages), and at the end of January, it seemed like they straight up avoided me. First few appointments were great but then customer service was terrible. Took a month to get lab results then they didn't even want to bother. My year of paid in advance is over so looking for new company.
