Todaywas my first day entering the office I felt comfortable, and in my opinion, they all looked very professional. I’m looking forward in having work done in my mouth. I had an appointment today January 23, 2025 for two extraction, and I have to say the Dr Aristy was fantastic when she put the injection, I was amazed she was very gentle. I recommend her Now I give her a five star
Either on the phone or in person employees are ALWAYS polite. The office is extremely clean. Love the variety drink bar. I have move out of area and tried visiting 2 different offices close to home but I sure keep coming back not minding my 1 hr drive to them because of overall services rendered are always 5 stars. They are very knowledgeable on how to deal with insurance and get me the most coverage with less out of pocket expense and or payment options if needed.
This place seems nice up front but they’re very deceptive about their prices. I’ve probably spent over 2k at this place in the past few years, even with insurance. They wanted 350 up front for a procedure and their excuse was “oh they should have let you know last time”. Go to a reliable dentist, not a slick looking corporate office. I’m never coming back here.
Amazing dental office. The hygienists are excellent, very patient, and they explain everything that will be done - Stephanie was especially kind and helped to calm my nervousness lol. Dr. Hoover is very personable and friendly. She explains everything very clearly and thoroughly. Even the front desk staff are pleasant. The office is flexible with their scheduling and they have made accommodations for changes we have needed along the way. Great service, great people. I know you will love the place. It was amazing from the beginning to the end. The only trouble I had was that I filled out the electronic patient form the day before but ended up having to fill up a paper form at the office because their servers were down. Aside from this everything else was perfect. The facility inside is very clean, modern looking and the staff is very pleasant and professional. I really recommend this place for your dental needs.
