Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I am new to the Orlando area and needed to be seen quickly for a cracked tooth. This practice came recommended and I was seen within a day of calling for an appointment. Long story short, I ended up needing two crowns. Everything from insurance coverage, financing, and dental work was explained in great detail and I was able to make informed decisions. I really appreciate their care and attention every step of the way.
Dr. Grissel Rosario-Aristy and her team of hygienists and staff are amazing at what they do. They are kind and compassionate when they work with you. They take your concerns seriously and are always helping you with the goal of your health in mind. If you're nervous of seeing the dentist after a long period of time or just have general dental nerves like I do, they make the whole experience the best you can hope it to be!
The director of first impressions/receptionist Anna set the pace up on entry. very kind and friendly. She was a jewel and presented fair pricing afterwards. Stephania was also extraordinary. Best hygienist I've ever had. very efficient and kind as well. She was thoughtful in her process by communicating everything and did everything right the first time. Great service from start to finish. All staff members are super nice with a smile on their faces. Dr Aristy has the most gentle hands and makes sure you are comfortable before starting. Would definitely recommend.
Amazing dental office. The hygienists are excellent, very patient, and they explain everything that will be done - Stephanie was especially kind and helped to calm my nervousness lol. Dr. Hoover is very personable and friendly. She explains everything very clearly and thoroughly. Even the front desk staff are pleasant.
