It's been some time since I had a consultation many moons ago, but it should be known that the customer service was horrid. The provider/PA, John treated me poorly and when I mentioned it to another employee, I felt completely ignored by her as well. I went to Limitless Male in Lincoln instead, and while it was well out of my way, the experience was by far better.
