The decision to go with nurse Next Door was the best decision we made for my aunt with dementia. I knew when I first spoke with Melanie that she is a compassionate and knowledgeable caregiver. At first, I chose a different home care agency because it was cheaper, but I quickly felt like just a number. I would like to express my appreciation and thanks to Melanie and Manvir. Melonie is very professional but also has the down to earth touch. She listens to the clients and did her best to match the caregiver to the client and their needs. In our case she hit it right on. My mother was very comfortable with Manvir whom Melonie suggest for my mom. Manvir and my mom had conversations and got along quite well.
