I have a 13 yo severely delayed daughter. I spent weeks setting up care with them through the family managed home care program with the LIHN. First week-care giver came one day called in sick for the next shift. Second week-Monday my daughter is sitting in the bus home from school in front of my house and there is no one there to get her.
