Since Brian and Lindsay left last year there has been a steady decline in service. The care aids are not the problem. There is no accountability from management. Problems reported go unanswered. I am waiting on a response to what, if the care aid actually attended my mom, can only be described as "Elder Abuse" on April 16th. Maybe this will get the attention of Vince Sara.
