From the initial phone call to the owner, Sajid, our experience was warm and comforting. I requested care to start within 24 hours and the owner of Nurse Next Door made it happen. He came to our home for consultation the following day to determine our needs. He was warm and caring and had a lovely nurse the same day. The communication was excellent, as he and his team took us through the most difficult time of our lives. The family and I are grateful for the exceptional care my partner received.
Within a few days Sajid had a male caregiver for my husband who is a tall/heavy man and I could no longer help him. Marrick is always on time and has adapted to the routine that we established the last couple of years. He is greatly appreciated.
