Nurse Next Door Home Care Services in Sugar Land has been wonderful for our family. Ashley was very helpful getting us started with service. Communication is always great, the caregivers are amazing, and the team is very adaptable to our needs. The staff over the phone are easy to talk to and genuinely care about my family like it’s their own. We’re very grateful for their support and highly recommend them!

As a parent watching my daughter go through this process, I was disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism shown. My daughter completed the required training and was communicating with the company regarding her orientation, but the orientation date was changed at the last minute, which created an inconvenience and affected her plans. My experience with this company was disappointing due to a lack of communication and organization. I completed the required training and had spoken with the company regarding my orientation. However, the orientation date was changed on June 29th, which affected my schedule and caused an inconvenience. I believe communication should be a two-way street, and there were opportunities on both ends for clearer expectations and follow-up. My experience with Nurse Next Door left a lot to be desired. The onboarding process felt disorganized, and communication was inconsistent. Although I completed the training I was told to complete and stayed in contact, I was ultimately told I lacked communication. As someone balancing nursing school, I was upfront about my schedule from the beginning. Instead of working collaboratively, I felt dismissed. I hope the company improves its onboarding process and communication with future applicants.
