We had a wonderful experience with Nurse Next Door. The entire process felt easy and supportive, and a big part of that was thanks to Candace, our Care Designer. She was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and took the time to really understand our needs. Candace made booking services simple and stress free, and we felt confident knowing we were in good hands. It’s clear this team truly cares about making a difference, and we’re so grateful for the support.

They were great if you need someone to drive you for surgery.My driver Liana was on time at 5:45. They are a bit pricey but I presume it's because would include nursing care which I didn't need. I would recommend them there. They were very nice and helped to me walk after my surgery and was very caring and attentive.

After my dad lost his wife of 62 years, we quickly realized we needed home care help for my dad. Nurse Next Door assigned Shakeda to us and she has been absolutely amazing. My dad was totally against hiring help at first, but Shakeda has been so great with him that he looks forward to her services. She is very professional, patient, and kind. She’s also a great cook and provides personal touches to the care she gives that my dad truly enjoys.

When I needed help for my mother, I was contacted immediately, and the professionalism was top-notch. After meeting with my mother, they assigned Amanda Gonzales and she was perfect. Amanda did everything requested, was quite professional, but most of all, she was personable. This is exactly what my mom needed. If we weren't moving my mom to an assisted living facility, we would keep her. Thank you Amanda Gonzales, you made a difference in my mom's life.

My mothers hired Nurse Next Door a few months ago to help with home care. Aside from being in their 80's the one needing the most care is blind, diabetic and has daily treatments for edema, not to mention several doctor's visits every month. Nurse Next Door has been a Godsend for them. Their care giver goes above and beyond for them, and she is absolutely LOVED. Our family is truly grateful for what Nurse Next Door, Sugarland is doing.
