I strongly advise seeking plumbing services elsewhere. Our experience with Nussbaumer Plumbing was nothing short of frustrating. Poor Communication: Despite their advertised Saturday hours, we left multiple messages on both Saturday and Monday. It wasn't until Wednesday that we received a return call. I have a home warranty policy with American Home Services which covers certain plumbing repairs. After calling about a leaking water valve. AHS assigned Nussburger Plumbing for the service call. This review is for Nussburger and not necessarily for AHS with whom I have had some good experiences ( like this one ) and some that were not so good . genuinely the worst service i think i have ever received from any contractor. they were not personable or knowledgeable about the services they provided. they just wanted additional submittals of work order through the home warranty program. i hired another contractor and it was smooth sailing.
I had a very frustrating experience with Nussbaumer Plumbing. My home warranty company initially scheduled them for service, but then canceled and reassigned the claim, because they failed to schedule earlier appointment, but still charged 125$ service call fee. Despite this, I kept receiving appointment confirmations and generic messages, even after I told them the issue was resolved and I no longer needed service. Unfortunately, I have to deal with this company through my home warranty. Have a leak below my sink that was “fixed” by tightening a valve nut. Told I believe Joe who is with Nussbaumer that it’s been tightened before and it continues to leak. Continues to tighten the valve nut and leaves and of course it’s still leaking. Call my home warranty again and they send more stooges from Nussbaumer that finally replace the valve. They left and again the new valve is leaking now.
