From the consultation to surgery NVISION was nothing short of professional and welcoming. Every member of their staff was kind, respectful, and knowledgeable. Dr. Eubanks did my procedure and he was Wonderful. He listened to me and made adjustments wen I was feeling any discomfort. I would 100% recommend NVISION to anyone considering vision correction surgery. (I’m writing this one day post I and can see clearly!!!)
His office staff is disrespectful and lacks basic courtesy manners. After all we pay their salaries. Regardless, Dr Burns lack empathy and seems to think that it is not his job to explain procedures or educate his patients. He pushes, using scare tactics, more expensive, laser based, procedures and explains that anything else would be more dangerous and more difficult and longer to schedule. This is a large eye clinic in So CA. Specific doctors work in certain locations. Not impressed with Palm Desert facility. Waited 3 hours over my appointment time in a crowed office. Everyone that day had waited 3 hours. I came for a consult. A doctor that makes you wait long is not respectful of my time. Apparently he overbooks and if that is an indication of surgery day I don't want him as my doctor. Trying to get any records from there they want to charge you, Brenda is rude as rest of staff.

Very friendly staff always, and they do excellent work. I had thin corneas that were going to tear during LASIK, but dr. Burns calmly stopped the procedure and informed me I could do PRK instead and everything went as smoothly as I could…
