I had such a wonderful experience at this facility. The staff is so amazing and friendly and made sure I felt comfortable during every step of the exam. I was anxious about LASIK but all of the staff at NVision Ontario were courteous, professional, and easy going. What I liked most about my interaction is that they listened to my concerns first and then helped put me at ease with safety and success statistics. They made me feel comfortable and confident. I noticed a few other patients who were coming out of surgery and they were all in great spirits and the staff was very attentive and supportive even as the patients were departing. Top notch customer service!
