After several positive recommendations, we switched eye doctors to NVision Optix. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The exam was very thorough and our doctor,. Jacqueline Donohue, was able to help each of us with chronic issues. Chris and Pixie were so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing new glasses. We had individual attention and never felt rushed. Wonderful experience. We recommend NVision wholeheartedly.
I had such a great experience at NVision Optix. Dr. Donahue was kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable - taking the time to explain everything we were doing and why. During a recent trip to Reno from the east coast I went to NVision Optix for an eye exam. It was a five star experience due to the professional and friendly staff and state of the art technology. I left my exam wishing Dr. Benitz and his staff would open a branch near my home in the northeast.
This eye clinic offers a high-quality, concierge type practice that focuses on gold standard of eyecare for their patient’s. They have a beautiful office and streamline process to complete your exam. I did not have to sit in any waiting rooms between eye tests or wait for the optometrist due to overbooking. It was nice to be able to talk to my doctor about all the findings and learn about many options for my eye care that were not previously available to me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an eye care provider
