I had a fantastic experience at NVision Optix! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The office is clean, modern, and well-organized, which made the entire visit feel like a breath of fresh air. Dr. Donahue was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly during the exam. I felt genuinely cared for and never rushed. I can't recommend her enough for anyone looking for top-notch eye care with a personal touch.
I cannot recommend Dr. Donahue highly enough. After visiting three other doctors who were unable to diagnose the issue affecting my eyes, Dr. Donahue identified it as an autoimmune condition. I recently saw Dr. Donahue for a dry eye evaluation and IPL treatment. Nothing short of amazing! After the second treatment, I noticed a decrease in the amount of artificial tears I was using and after 4 treatment sessions, my eyes feel so much better! Not only was the evaluation thorough and the treatment effective, but the office is beautiful and inviting. After several positive recommendations, we switched eye doctors to NVision Optix. We couldn't be happier with our decision. The exam was very thorough and our doctor,. Jacqueline Donohue, was able to help each of us with chronic issues. Chris and Pixie were so helpful and knowledgeable when it came to choosing new glasses. I followed Christopher from his previous eye center to here and cannot say enough positive things about NVision. If you are looking for top professionals in their field and the finest eyewear available this is where you will find all of that and more.
