Dr. Vu is fabulous. Excellent bedside manner, obviously knowledgeable, is patient and answers every question you have. Very refreshing. And the staff were also wonderful. Professional, kind and efficient. Explained everything they were doing and also answered questions.
Dr. Minh Vu was outstanding. He gave me a thorough and clear explanation of my eye problem. He was very kind and funny. I'm truly grateful to have been attended by him!
I made an emergency appointment for the ophthalmologist. I got to the appointment a little early, well an hour and a half early, because I had unbearable eye allergies. My experience here was superb! There were already a lot of people in the waiting room but they moved everyone around like clockwork. The doctor’s bedside manners were incredible. I didn’t feel rushed. Had a truly exceptional experience at NY LASIK. I was scheduled quickly for the evaluation of a potentially urgent condition that had me quite concerned. Every part of this extensive visit reflected outstanding professionalism, compassion and care. Reception: Warm and efficient. Was early for my appointment and even though there were two people waiting, I had to wait over a half hour. Really did not understand what was going on with my vision, could not see from the eye glasses I had been wearing. He told me that my cataracts were doing this, but offered nothing, such as removal yet, just said see you in four months. Not very happy the way I was service this time. Will see how it goes next time as to if I want to continue with them.
